Edouard von Herberstein

Edouard has 20+ years of structuring and trading risk transfer solutions in particular systemic and intangible risks like cyber. He was a founding team member of ILS Fund Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM). He has experience investing across the the entire cyber insurance supply chain (i.e., distribution, MGA, analytics, reinsurance and systemic).
Eric Altamura
Director, Cyber Risk​
‍Eric is Director of Cyber Risk and President of Resilient Services. He is responsible for SPECTRA's Certification of Resilience, MSP Partner Program, and driving the company's overall cyber risk management strategy. Eric is a former U.S. Army Officer, Congressional Aide, and cybersecurity consultant with over a decade of technology, security, and risk management experience in the U.S. and Bermuda.
Christian Schirmer
Director, UK
Christian is responsible for day-to-day operations, executing strategic initiatives, and interfacing with London market carriers. He has 30+ years in P&C insurance leadership across different geographies. He is a qualified actuary and was CEO for a Lloyd’s managing agent and syndicate.
Mila Basic
Business Dev & Strategy
Mila is responsible for supporting strategic, business development, and operational initiatives. Most recently, she worked in M&A at a private equity firm specializing in technology consolidations. Previous experiences include fintech and technology, operations, and wealth management roles at a leading Canadian bank.
Tom Harrison
VP, ReSILIENT SERVICES
Tom is Vice President of Resilient Services. He is responsible for delivering Spectra's Certification of Resilience program and cyber risk management strategy. Tom has a background in cyber risk management and data analytics, and brings 10+ years experience consulting within the finance, (re)insurance and technology sectors both within the U.K. and Bermuda.
Daniel Bradbury
Head of ENgineering
Daniel is responsible for SPECTRA's technology assets, product engineering, and R & D. He has worked in tech extensively for 18+ years. From being on the ground level at a few SaaS start-ups, eventually becomming a seasoned software engineer, later driving technological change and innovation in medium enterprises and some of the world's leading financial institutions. He has led teams and delivered engineering projects in areas such as Financial Technology (FinTech), Artificial Intelligence, Human Capital Management, and Nuclear Energy.
